HVAC contractor recommendation...
Greetings people! Awesome online community!
Not long ago I searched online for an HVAC professional when something went wrong at my office! AC was leaking water everywhere, and I had no idea what to do.
What I learned from that was that you want someone who shows up fast and actually knows what they are doing.
My property manager uses a fast response HVAC network that sends certified techs to your location. The tech who came out was honest and upfront about pricing and they even gave me maintenance tips to prevent it happening again!
Another thing worth mentioning is they were genuinely friendly and not pushy at all!

Whats up fellow members! Love this place.
Finally had no choice but to find a reliable HVAC service for the rental property. Brand new thermostat would not connect to the system, and I did not know who to call.
What I learned from that was that a good HVAC tech is worth their weight in gold!
The building manager recommended an HVAC service that covers the whole US that connects you with licensed local HVAC techs fast. Communication was better than I expected and they showed up exactly when they said they would!
On top of that they offered financing options for the bigger repair.
Highly recommend: HVAC Zilla
